These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KP.AI platform, including the dashboard, KPI engine, AI insights, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Authority

You represent that you are authorized to upload and analyze company data within KP.AI on behalf of your organization, and that your use complies with all applicable laws and your internal data-handling policies.

2. Nature of the Service

KP.AI provides AI-powered operational insights and KPI analysis. The Service is provided for informational purposes and does not replace professional business, legal, financial, accounting, compliance, or engineering advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on outputs of the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, unauthorized, highly sensitive, or restricted data unless you have the right to do so. You will not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel in accordance with your plan terms; fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KP.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business decisions made in reliance on the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the version identifier above changes and you may be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the dashboard.
