This Data Use Agreement (“Agreement”) describes how KP.AI processes the data you upload and the responsibilities you accept when using the Service to analyze company data.

1. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to upload and analyze the data you provide, and that you will not upload unlawful, unauthorized, highly sensitive, or restricted data unless you have the right to do so.

2. How Your Data Is Used

Uploaded data is processed to normalize KPIs, generate dashboards, and produce AI-powered operational insights for your organization. We process your data to deliver and improve these features.

3. AI-Generated Insights

Insights are generated algorithmically and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are operational aids only and do not replace professional business, legal, financial, accounting, compliance, or engineering advice.

4. Confidentiality & Security

We apply access controls and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Access is limited to what is necessary to operate the Service.

5. Retention & Deletion

Data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, the version identifier above changes and you may be asked to re-accept before continuing to use the dashboard.
